FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS
In order to provide our clients with the rest assurance that their current fire protection installations fully complies with the relevant parts of SANS 10400, we offer site inspection surveys conducted and captured on “siteworks” to clearly indicate and pin point any non compliances accurately. The outcome on the findings of the risk assessment will include prioritization of the identified non – compliances, items that require remedial action, budget estimates as well as proposed implementation methods. The audit report will include items such as fire detection compliance, smoke ventilation requirements, provision of emergency escapes etc.

Most probably one of the most critical components of any life safety and fire protection system. The operation of all systems , such as smoke extraction fans, pressurization fans, automated doors, gas suppression system actuation, just to name a few, all rely on the fire detection system.
An effective design and coordination with other services are absolutely critical in ensuring a fully functional fire safety strategy system. We offer a complete solution to include the design, implementation, site monitoring, commissioning and handing over to the end user.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLANS
It is required by the national health and safety act that the tenant of any building is responsible to provide emergency evacuation procedures. With our valuable experience and expertise, we can assist tenants and building owners with these procedures and contingency plans to deal with fire scenarios specifically appropriate to the building.
The drafting and design of the emergency evacuation plan should provide occupants of a building with accurate information in order to allow for the save evacuation from the building in an organised as well as efficient manner
FIRE PROTECTION PLANS
Using the legislation of SANS 10400 Part T and Part W, we can assist our clients with compliant fire protection plans, designed to satisfy the requirements of the National Building Regulation and the relevant parts of SANS 10400 mentioned above. The process includes the plotting of fire plans for submission to the local Fire Department for approval.
We can assist with the final fire clearance inspections of any new or existing building in order for our client to obtain an occupancy certificate.
COMPLIANCE AUDITS
